About the brand

Titan Machines is an industrial maintenance company based in Fribourg, Switzerland. Founded by Joseph Wéry, a field technician and polymechanic with over 18 years of hands-on experience, the company offers technical reinforcement, troubleshooting, and operational management to industrial clients across French and German-speaking Switzerland.

The context

Joseph had spent nearly two decades intervening on production lines, resolving what couldn't wait, and integrating seamlessly into teams that constantly needed to keep moving. The former brand identity was built on what the sector usually reaches for: grey tones, gears, mechanical tools, square bold fonts. There is nothing wrong with familiar, but it left the depth of the work unseen, and the business without a voice of its own.

Beyond the visuals, there were other structural issues. The services were not clearly defined: while they existed in practice, they were unnamed and without order. His values guided every intervention but were never mentioned for others to recognize and trust. The site existed only in German, with no French version to welcome the right clients.

  • A service offer that existed in full, but had never been given the structure or the words to be understood

  • A digital presence that wasn't yet ready to speak to everyone the brand was meant to reach

    Before anything could be shaped, things needed to be named. We worked through how Joseph operates, what his clients need, what a good day on the line looks like, and gave it all a structure. A tagline. Two service families. Four values. A bilingual framework. None of it new, but finally visible.

  • 02. Design as business tool

    DESIGN

    Industrial Fribourg is a world of long-standing relationships, where things have worked a certain way for a long time. Design rarely finds its way into that conversation. What we built was an identity with its own character, for a space that wasn't used to being seen that way.

  • 03. A one page website

    BRAND APPLICATIONS

    Not every brand needs a long story told across many pages. Titan Machines needed clarity. One page, built in French and German, where the right person could arrive and know immediately whether to reach out. The contact section was designed with that same intention, structured enough that Joseph already has a clear picture of what a client needs before the first conversation begins.
